Description
A pie perfect for the Fourth of July or any summer gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 pre-made (9 inch) graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Mix: In a large bowl beat together the lemon pudding and evaporated milk with a hand mixer.
- Beat: Beat in the cream cheese until smooth.
- Chill: Pour the filling into the pie crust and chill overnight before serving
- Top: Before serving add a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with a lemon slice
