5-Year-Old Killed in Canadian Co. Crash

A 5-year-old has been killed after a crash in Canadian Co. on Sunday morning, police say.

The crash occurred early Sunday morning at approximately 8:05AM, near Interstate-40 eastbound, authorities say.

5 people in total were in the vehicle, with two of them being injured then later treated at a local hospital, police say.

One of the passengers, a 5-year-old female, was killed and pronounced dead at a local hospital, Oklahoma Highway Patrol says.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
