Department Of Veterans Affairs Hosting Midwest City Outreach Event

The Department of Veterans Affairs is scheduled to host an outreach event to make sure veterans understand how to make the most of their benefits.

The VA said veterans in Oklahoma may not know all the accessible benefits that are available to them or what can be done with them.

In order to better serve veterans, the VA will be hosting an educating event Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Midwest City Community Center on Midwest Boulevard.

The VA said one major topic they will be discussing is toxic exposure screening.
