Man Arrested, Identified After Deadly SE Oklahoma City Shooting

One person was arrested after a shooting left one person dead Sunday night in Oklahoma City, police say.

One person is dead and another is in custody after a shooting Sunday night in southeastern Oklahoma City, police say.

Oklahoma City Police said the shooting happened at around 10 p.m. near Southeast 62nd Street and North Lindsay Avenue.

Police said they responded to a shooting call, and after arriving on scene, said they found 33-year-old Gary Andrew Westrick dead.

One person, identified as 39-year-old Tony Lee Servantes, was later arrested.

Investigators said Westrick was at the residence visiting Tony Servantes and a female who also lived there.

At some point during the visit, police said Servantes retrieved a firearm and shot Westrick, killing him.
