Tulsa Police Arrest Woman Accused Of DUI With 3-Year-Old In Vehicle

A woman was arrested and accused of driving under the influence with her three-year-old daughter in the back seat, authorities say.

Tulsa Police said Alicia Duke was driving north on Riverside near 81st Street on Sunday when police said she sped passed an officer.

That officer tried to pull Duke over but she briefly sped off.

Police said when they confronted Duke, her eyes were bloodshot, she slurred her speech and failed sobriety tests.

Investigators said Duke pled guilty to child endangerment in a separate case in 2022.

She's now facing a new child endangerment charge, as well as a DUI.
