New Oklahoma City Fire Station Begins Construction

The construction on a new Oklahoma City fire station has begun, with operations breaking ground on Monday.

The new fire station, Station 31, is located near Melrose Lane and North Rockwell Avenue.

Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt, with other city leaders, broke ground on the new station yesterday as part of a ceremony.

The build is expected to cost over $7,000,000 million dollars and is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025.
