Man Accused Of Attacking Neighbor With Pipe Arrested By Tulsa County Deputies

Tulsa County deputies arrested a man they said attacked his 60-year-old neighbor with a steel pipe.

Deputies said the victim told deputies he heard loud music coming from Chase Blackwell's home across the street, so he asked Blackwell to turn it off.

They said Blackwell followed the victim hoe, hit him several times with a steel pipe, broke his phone and tried to rob him.

Deputies said the victim's home health nurse noticed the injuries the next morning and called 911.
