A tasty way to "eat the rainbow". The perfect sweet treat fro a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh mango, peeled and diced
- 2 cup blueberries
- 2 cup strawberries, cut in half
- 1 cup jicama, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cup watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Combine: Add all of the fruit to a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with freshly chopped mint.
- Flavor: Squeeze lime juice over the top and drizzle with honey.
