Pet Of The Week: Journey

Our Pet of the Week is a 5-year-old dog named Journey.

She is 77 pounds but doesn’t look like most dogs. She has some hair loss from being pulled from a local shelter with Demodex, a noncontagious skin issue caused by mites.

She is fully recovered and ready to meet her forever family.

Journey loves people and knows how to be happy even in not-so-happy circumstances.

She thrives on attention and affection and would do best in a home without other pets or young children.

She has been fully housetrained in previous home environments and does well roaming freely overnight but would love to sleep in a bed or on a couch.

She is currently available for adoption but is also in need of a foster home while she waits for her future family.

Journey has been in the program since March 6th, 2023, and would love to find a place to relax, whether in a foster home or with her forever people.
