Sapulpa Bowling Alley Announces Ownership Change

Sahoma Lanes Bowling Alley in Sapulpa has announced a change in owners.

Tammie Pollard is the new owner and she's the daughter of the original found found of Sahoma Lanes.

The bowling alley has been in the family since 1960 and was last owned by her brother.

She said she was hesitant to take the job at first, until she remembered it was her and her late husband's goal to purchase it one day.

“We thrive on being a family-oriented business and very customer-related and we know our customers just like our family," Pollard said.

She said many of her regulars are relieved the business is staying in the family.
