Police Respond To Shots Fired In SW OKC

Police are responding to a domestic incident where shots were fired in southwest Oklahoma City, according to authorities.

The incident happened at an apartment near Southwest 59th Street and South May Avenue according to police.

Police say the incident happened between two women in which the relationship was ending, the suspect then took out a gun, and shots were fired.

Police are working to make contact with the suspect to attempt to take her into custody.

Authorities say neighboring apartments were evacuated.
