SCHEELS In Tulsa To Host Job Fair Before Opening First Store In Oklahoma

The new SCHEELS store in Tulsa, set to open on Oct. 19, is looking to hire part-time employees before the store opens. To try to fill those positions, SCHEELS is holding a part-time job fair at the SCHEELS Career Center.

SCHEELS says it's an employee-owned company, which means no single entity has control over the organization, and the employees have a vested interest in the success of the business.

People interested in applying don't need to bring anything to the job fair, but they will be able to interview and apply on-site.

However, people are encouraged to apply online before going to the job fair on their website.

The new SCHEELS is one of 34 locations across the country, but it's the first one to open in Oklahoma.

The job fair is on Friday, Aug. 23 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The job fair will take place at the SCHEELS Career Center at 7645 E 63rd Street, Suite 400, Tulsa, OK 74133.
