Water Outage In Coweta Due To Main Line Break

A water outage in Coweta on Sunday is due to a "significant" main line break, according to the city.

The City of Coweta said in a post on Facebook that it believes an 18" main line broke.

The city said to call the non-emergency police number at 918-486-2121 if you see water where it should not be.

As of 11 a.m., the city said most of the town is without water and that crews are working to repair the outage.

They ask residents to not call and report outages. Stay tuned for updates.
