Tulsa Man Sentenced To Life In Prison For Sexually Abusing Child

A Tulsa man is headed to federal prison for life for sexually abusing a child under the age of 12, for six years.

Bryan Monholland was already a registered sex offender at the time after pleading guilty to lewd molestation in 2004.

He was supposed to turn himself in last fall, but began texting people that he had swallowed a bunch of painkillers.

After a 20-minute standoff, he was taken into custody by the FBI.
