Man Rescued From Zink Lake After Becoming Trapped On Dam

One person was rescued after being trapped at Tulsa's Zink Lake Thursday morning, police say.

Tulsa Police said a 28-year-old man, who has not been identified, was in an area of the lake he was not supposed to be, and got stuck on the dam at around 1 a.m.

TPD said the man never entered the water, but Tulsa firefighters were able to put a boat on the water and rescue the man.

Officers said the man was cited.
