Crews Work To Repair Broken Water Line Break In Tulsa

Motorists should expect traffic slowdowns on North Lewis Avenue between East 56th Street North and East 61st Street North on Thursday morning, as Tulsa Water crews work to repair a water main break.

The break, located near 6000 N. Lewis Ave., has caused water to bubble up on the street.

Crews have already blocked off the outside northbound lane, but more closures may be necessary as they locate the leak.

Equipment and personnel are on-site and prepared to begin repairs, which may require tearing up a portion of the road.
