The Oklahoma City Council is set to vote on who will construct a new arena to house the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Last week, the council announced MANICA Architecture as the design architect, and TVS as the Architect of Record for the design and development of the new arena.

On Tuesday, the council will vote on whether or not to approve a contract with the firms.

MANICA Architecture is responsible for several projects including San Francisco's Chase Center, where the Golden State Warriors play, as well as Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders.

The city council meeting begins at 8:30 a.m.
