Turley Couple Arrested On New Neglect Charges

A Turley couple faces new charges of neglecting their son, who is a vulnerable adult.

The couple has already been charged with child neglect after deputies say the couple's grandchildren were living in filthy conditions.

Investigators say they received a tip that Michael and Elizabeth Fisher were abusing their 26-year-old son.

Deputies served a search warrant at the home and found it filled with trash, feces, spoiled food and roaches, along with the Fisher's son and grandchildren.

The son and the grandchildren have all been removed from the home.
