Trick-or-Treat: Halloween Proposal Leaves Couple Screaming With Joy

Toby Gregory and his wife Ryan Nowlin have been running Halloween haunts at his home in midtown Tulsa for almost 9 years.

He was thrilled when a neighbor asked if he could host a marriage proposal right in front of his hearse. 

Michael Rankin and Alexis Jantz have been together for four and a half years. He knows how much she is obsessed with Halloween and he wanted his proposal to be a special moment she would never forget. Rankin dropped off the ring with Gregory earlier in the day. Jantz said she didn’t expect a thing while trick or treating with her family. 

Jantz was dressed up in a Scream mask and Rankin was wearing an orange jumpsuit. 

When they arrived at Gregory’s home, Nowlin handed Rankin the box instead of candy. 

That’s when Rankin got down on one knee and proposed. Jantz said, “Yes,” making it a Halloween to remember.
