Tulsa City leaders including outgoing Mayor GT Bynum announced that they have officially closed on the former State Farm Insurance office.

The City of Tulsa signed a $25.5 million contract to buy an empty office building last November, and on Wednesday they finally "received the keys," although sources indicate that city officials have been able to plan and access the building over the last year.
