Jenks Public Schools Approve New Attendance Zones For 2025-26 Academic Year

Jenks Public Schools Board of Education approved changes to attendance zones for elementary and intermediate schools beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year.

The district said the changes come after several studies indicating significantly more enrollment growth on the west side of the Arkansas River.

"By making these changes, JPS is maximizing taxpayer dollars by utilizing the available space and resources without having to create additional classrooms or building new schools," Jenks said in the release.
