George Charlson and Jody Martin eat at the same table at Brookdale Senior Living Center in Bartlesville.

“Talk politics and football…all that good stuff,” said Martin.

But now, they will have something new to chat about.

“When this opportunity came up, we decided that we’re gonna do it,” said Charlson.

That's because they decided to go skydiving for the very first time at the ages of 65 and 81.

By skydiving, George and Jody hope to show that thrilling experiences can happen later in life too.

“This will encourage our friends to get out and do stuff,” said Martin.

Proving that adventure has no age limit.

“They can see that age does not stop you from doing things,” said Charlson.

After gearing up and snapping some final photos, it’s time to board the plane

Friends and family wait as the pair takes flight, and before you know it, they’re back on solid ground after their 11,000-foot journey.

As they walk away, George and Jody have proven that life's greatest adventures are waiting at any age and it's never too late to take a leap of faith.
