Oklahoma Man Arrested, Accused By U.S. Marshals Of Nebraska Teen's Murder In 1969

A Ponca City man was arrested by U.S. Marshals for a Nebraska teen's murder from 55 years ago.

Nebraska officials said a grand jury indicted Joseph Ambroz last week for the 1969 murder of Mary Hay Heese.

Investigators said Heese's body was found in a ditch and the case was unsolved until now.

Ambroz will appear in court in Oklahoma before being extradited back to Nebraska.
