Tulsa County prosecutors said a man has died more than a month after being shot following a dispute at the Tulsa State Fair, and a suspect is in custody.
Kyler Braxton Lee Naely was booked in the Tulsa County jail on Wednesday on a complaint of first-degree murder, records show.
Investigators say Naely was the driver of a vehicle in which Colby Glenn shot at another car on I-244 following a fight at the fair in October. Glenn is facing a first-degree murder charge and shooting from a vehicle.
Police said 16-year-old shooting victim Ja'tycie Williams was in that vehicle and died on Nov. 2 from his injuries. Medical Examiners ruled his death a homicide.
