Potatoes Au Gratin

Description

We're happy to welcome back Casey Finau from Panera showing us how to do some Potatoes Au Gratin


Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Panera® Baked Potato Soup
  • 24 oz. package frozen diced potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese crisps, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. parsley, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine soup, potatoes, milk and half of parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir until mixed.
  2. Step 2: Pour into greased 8" x 8" baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  3. Step 3: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  4. Step 4: Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle parsley over the top.
