We're happy to welcome back Casey Finau from Panera showing us how to do some Potatoes Au Gratin
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Panera® Baked Potato Soup
- 24 oz. package frozen diced potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese crisps, crumbled
- 1 tsp. parsley, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine soup, potatoes, milk and half of parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir until mixed.
- Step 2: Pour into greased 8" x 8" baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
- Step 3: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Step 4: Remove from oven and allow to set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle parsley over the top.
