Police have arrested one person on a murder and burglary complaint following a deadly home invasion in Edmond.

As the search for a second suspect continues, court filings show Tauriawn Knight has been charged with previous violent crimes and has ties to the metro.

Suspect was a former standout basketball player who graduated from Edmond Sante Fe High School

Previously a standout basketball player at Edmond Sante Fe in 2018, Knight was named one of the top-five prep players in the state.

While Knight is no stranger to the limelight ---over the past year he's been making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

In November, court filings show Knight was one of two defendants charged in the robbery of a marijuana grow facility near Ninnekah.
