Description
A delicious sauce to put on top of a chicken cordon bleu!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 TBSP Oil
- 2 TBSP Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Better Than Bouillon
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Cup of half & half
- 2 TBSP of thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup of white wine
Instructions
- Prep: Put mushrooms in pan, and cook with oil, butter, garlic, salt and pepper until carmalized
- Cook: Add in Better Than Bouillon, and stir around
- Cook: Deglaze the pan with adding the white wine
- Cook: Add in half & half, and stir. Cook down and reduce.
- Cook: Add in little bit of butter and remaining ingredients.
