Description
A tasty dinner that's quick and only uses a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound dried spaghetti
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 12 large garlic cloves, cut into thin slivers
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, plus more for serving
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped stems and all
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
Instructions
- Boil: Bring a large stock pot of water to a rolling boil and cook pasta for 7 minutes.
- Sauté: While pasta is cooking, in a large sauté pan add olive oil and warm. Add garlic, parsley stems, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the hot pasta directly from the boiling water.
- Assemble: Stir the pasta continuously to cook until the liquid reduces by half. Stir in the leafy parsley tops add Parmesan cheese and toss together. Serve hot!
