Police investigating hit-and-run in NW Oklahoma City

A person was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in NW Oklahoma City, authorities say.

Oklahoma City Police said the hit-and-run occurred near Northwest 18th and Meridian just before 7 p.m. on Friday.

The victim's condition is unknown, but they were taken to a hospital.

Police have not released any information on the suspect, other than they drove away from the scene.
