Jury trial to begin for 4 men accused in fatal OKC drive-by shooting

A jury trial for four men accused of killing a 9-year-old boy in Oklahoma City could begin Monday.

Police say Dumarcus Fuller Jr. was playing video games inside his home in October of 2022 when he was killed in a drive-by shooting.

Court documents say the shooting was in retaliation for a stolen bag containing guns and drugs.

In December of 2022, Sean Beals was arrested, and nearly a year later, police arrested three additional suspects: Michael Williams, Austin Parker, and Micah Knighten.

All four men face first-degree murder charges.
