One injured in southwest Oklahoma City stabbing

A person has been transported to the hospital following a stabbing in southwest Oklahoma City Friday evening, according to police.

Police say the stabbing happened near South Robinson Avenue and Southwest 25 Street.

According to police, the suspect fled once the police arrived, but was caught and taken into custody. 

Police say the victim was stabbed in the back, the extent of their injuries is not known. 

Police have blocked off SW 25th St. and S Robinson Ave.
