An Oklahoma City doctor has been charged with manslaughter following a fatal crash on I-35. Bryan Perry, 47, is now charged with First Degree Manslaughter, Driving Under the Influence and Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Collision. 

A 1-year-old motorist has been pulled over for driving without a license — but he got off with a “cuteness warning.”
