Basic Fried Chicken Marinade

1 cup buttermilk or evaporated milk
1 teaspoon paprika (not smoked paprika)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin

Whisk together the buttermilk and spices in a medium sized bowl.
Pour the marinade into a Ziploc bag and add chicken.
Seal and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 12 hours.
