15-Minute Chicken Lo Mein Stir Fry
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 2 packages ramen noodles, cooked and drained
- No will to a large skillet and heat to medium high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook till done and then place on a plate add two more teaspoons of canola oil to pan and sauté the garlic and vegetables until tender.
- Well veggies are cooking in a small bowl combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper, and sesame seeds.
- Add the chicken back in along with the Ramen noodles and toss together.
- Pour the sauce over the stirfry and cook till warm serve.
