In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly brown the little smokies.
Stir in the minced garlic and ginger.
Add in the rest of sauces and stir well to combine.
Cook for 5 minutes till sauce is warm.
To serve, I place the little smokies in a slow cooker on LOW and add a 1/4 cup beer so smokies will not burn.
Feel free to double and triple the recipe because they go FAST on Super Bowl Sunday.
