OKC Man Accused Of Cracking Child's Skull

A toddler bleeding from the mouth was rushed to a metro hospital, but that was just the beginning. 

Oklahoma City police said 21-year-old Trivonnuntay Turn attacked his and his girlfriend’s 8-month-old son twice back in June. 

Prosecutors said the child suffered a skull fracture, bleeding on the brain, as well and arm fractures. 

Three weeks ago, police said Turner and his girlfriend Kelly Joslin fired a gun in the direction of a security guard at an apartment complex at 1920 Heritage Park Drive. 

News 9 doesn't know the condition of Turner’s child Monday night, and according to Oklahoma County jail records, neither Turner nor his girlfriend are in police custody at this time.
