Very Cold Morning; Mostly Sunny On Thursday In Oklahoma

It's a very cold morning for the entire state. Most of the state is reporting single digits and teens for temperatures. 

The wind chills are at or below zero and that won't improve too much today. It is clear and cold with light south winds. 

Later today, it will be mostly sunny with southwest winds picking up 15-30 mph and with the dense cold air still in place. It's going to remain cold with a wind chill, even though we make it into the mid 30s. 

So bundle in layers today while in your travels and even tonight as it drops back down to near 20.
