Caramel Pecan Pumpkin Pie
1 container Braum's Pumpkin ice cream
1 pre-made short bread cookie pie crust
1/2 cup Braum's caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 container Cool Whip or whipped cream
Soften the ice cream. Pour the caramel into the bottom of the cookie pie crust. Spread around the bottom so that it covers it completely. Place scoops of softened ice cream into the crust and using a sheet of plastic wrap, press down to make even. Top with whipped cream and then drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans. Serve!
**Perfect to prepare these in the small pre-made graham cracker crusts for the kids!
