OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City Council has approved a $252 million budget for a downtown convention center.
The council also signed off on $30 million for an infrastructure budget. The Parks and Convention Center subcommittees will now need to do a cost study on what it would take to move OG&E substation at 4th Street and Robinson.
