OKC Police Identify Dead Home Invasion Suspect

Oklahoma City police have released the name of a suspect found dead soon after a home invasion in northwest Oklahoma City.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have released the name of a suspect found dead soon after a home invasion in northwest Oklahoma City.

Police say on Wednesday, August 24, three men and one woman forced their way into a house in the 11000 block of N. McKinley. They pistol whipped a young man inside the home then took off.

Moments after the crime, an officer spotted three of the four suspects in a car. They got away, and police later found the empty car had crashed into a tree at N.W. 98th Street and Military. Just a block away, officers found the body of one of the suspects.

Police have identified the suspect as 22-year-old Marion Jackson of Oklahoma City. The State Medical Examiner's Office has not revealed how Jackson died.

The other suspects in the case have not been caught or identified. Oklahoma City police would like to speak to anyone with information regarding this case. Anyone with information should call the Homicide Tip Line at (405) 297-1200.
