Metro Company Not Paying Insurance Premiums

Since we started investigating Panelite, they have not talked to me - other than an email that says "everything's been taken care of".  In my opinon, that's the worst thing a company can do.  It looks like they're trying to hide something.

If you had any claims that weren't paid because of their negligence, I would file a complaint with the Oklahoama Insurance Department at 1800-522-0071.  The Labor Department may also be able to get you a refund for the premiums they took out of your paycheck.  Call them at 405-528-1500, or 888-269-5353.  However, if Panelite has paid BCBS now, and BCBS's covering you for that past time, you may not get a refund.
