From News9 Meteorologist Stephanie Malone...
After a foggy start this morning, storms are now making their way from west to east across the state early today. These storms could have small hail and gusting winds with them.
Temperatures will only get into the mid to upper 60s in central Oklahoma this afternoon with fairly light winds.
Later in the afternoon and into tonight a warm front lifting north across the Oklahoma Texas border will bring more severe weather into the state. There is a risk of severe weather for the southern two-thirds of the state, with an enhanced risk for severe weather near the southern Oklahoma border. The risks include hail, damaging wind and the possibility of an isolated tornado with these thunderstorms later today and into tonight.
