A string of tornadic supercells impacted for northwest Oklahoma Friday evening. There was one confirmed tornado in Harper County, Oklahoma. The tornado touchdown around 8:10 PM CDT, 10 miles northeast of Fort Supply.
Most of the storms that formed over northwest Oklahoma Friday evening tracked into south-central Kansas, where they intensified and produced numerous, long-track, large tornadoes.
