EDMOND, Oklahoma -- Three more suspects have been arrested in connection to an Edmond man's murder.
Connor Mason and Heather Parker were arrested by Edmond police overnight Saturday. Mason was charged with first-degree murder and Parker was charged with obstruction of an officer and accessory to a felony. Nikolas Kerr was also arrested and charged with accessory after the fact. All charges are in connection to the death of a homeless man known in Edmond as "Bicycle Bob."
All three suspects are 19-years-old and currently being held in the Oklahoma County jail.
Dwight Morgan, 54, "Bicycle Bob," was killed at the end of October.
Travis Monroe Jim was charged with murder in Morgan's death. Jim had turned himself into police saying the murder started with a fight over a place to sleep.
Mindy Baldwin, co-owner of Java Dave's Coffee in Edmond, thought she knew just how Dwight Morgan was murdered but now she's not so sure.
"It kind of changes the perspective of why you thought he was murdered," Baldwin said.
These new arrests have shocked those in the Edmond community, but have also left them remembering the homeless man they knew as "Bicycle Bob."
"Even though he was homeless, he was always here. You would always see him. It might be a couple days, it might be weeks, eventually you would always see him again and again and again," Baldwin said.
There are plans to have some type of bicycle rally in the coming months and at that time, people close to Bob plan on honoring him with a bronze bicycle placed in the alley he once considered home.
It is unclear exactly how police came to arrest the three additional suspects and exactly what their roles were.
