A longtime Tulsa-area healthcare provider system will be getting a new name in the coming months. St. John Health System will become Ascension St. John.
St. John has been affiliated with Ascension since 2013, a news release states. They say the name change will make it easier for patients to get the care they need.
"St. John is working together with Ascension to shape the national health landscape," said CEO Michael L. Mullins.
