Tulsa Police Arrest Man On Child Sexual Abuse Charges

Tulsa police arrested a man on child sexual abuse charges.

Officers say the victim told them Dean Luebberst repeatedly molested her in 2014 and 2015.

After the victim's mother contacted police, investigators said the victim asked Luebberst what to do.

She said he wanted her to tell police that she didn't want to press charges.
