Rogers County Drug Investigation Nets 19 Arrests

A major drug bust in Rogers County brought 17 arrests Tuesday morning, and two people were already in custody.

A major drug bust in Rogers County brought 17 arrests Tuesday morning. Operation Medusa was the culmination of an investigation by the Rogers County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies found heroin, meth, marijuana, ingredients for manufacturing meth, and prescription drugs.

They also took five children considered "drug endangered" into state custody. Two others who had been previously arrested were also charged in connection to the bust.

A news release states some of the suspects are career criminals. Authorities also seized money made from drug trafficking and two vehicles they say were used to distribute drugs.

Rogers County Sheriff's Office, Claremore Police, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Cherokee Marshall's Office and investigators with the Rogers County District Attorney's Office took part in the raid.
