The City of Broken Arrow is working with a private company after a retaining wall's collapse. Part of the retaining wall at the base of Tiger Hill in Broken Arrow has broken loose, with concrete blocks and fill dirt spilling in the parking lot of Flight Safety International.
Tiger Hill hosts city water tanks and communications towers.
Spokesperson Krista Flasch sent a news release Monday that said the city is working with Flight Safety regarding the retaining wall.

"The retaining wall, which faces 9th Street (Lynn Lane), was designed and constructed by Flight Safety contractors. The cause of the incident has yet to be determined," Flasch said.
On Sunday, the area was roped off and guarded as a safety precaution.
Flasch said the city is actively recruiting for a retailer or developer to build on the north side of Tiger Hill, but there are no plans at the current time.
