The Tulsa Roughnecks fell 1-0 to in-state rival Energy FC Wednesday night.

The Tulsa Roughnecks fell 1-0 to in-state rival OKC Energy Wednesday night.

The Energy will now advance to the 4th round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.

Following a stoppage in play, OKC midfielder Peter Toth took a feed from Peabo Doue and fired a bullet from nearly 30 yards out past Tulsa goalkeeper Zac Lubin.

Next, the Energy will take on FC Dallas on June 16 at the soccer complex on the campus of Texas Christian University. Kickoff is 8 p.m. (ct).

As for the Roughnecks, they'll host Portland Saturday, May 30, at 7:30 p.m.
