Police Identify Tulsa's Latest Homicide Victim

Tulsa Police identified the city's eighth homicide victim of 2015. 

Police Sergeant Dave Walker says Charles Harring, 61, died of a gunshot wound to the stomach early Saturday, January 31, 2015, at the Melrose Apartments in the 6300 block of East 9th Street. 

At the scene, police said Harring had been shot by his wife during an argument. Sgt. Walker said she was questioned and released.

"We will not identify the person who shot him until a decision is made on if charges will be filed," Walker said.
